Broken Road Ranch Pugs

Meet Booker, our Sire, and Carlita one of our beautiful family members and amazing mama Pugs. Booker is just a sweet boy, a young dog in an old man’s body. He loves to cuddle his girls, he’s a lucky man with 4 girlfriends. My husband would say not so much because one woman is hard enough ;).

Carlita surprised us all in February when she gave us 9 beautiful, healthy babies. Pugs generally average 4-6, she is looking fairly large already so I am pretty sure she is just going to continue to give us large litters with beautiful colors.

The birthing process with pugs is unique and so personal. One of things I truly love about doing this. When I say they are velcro puppies that doesn’t change during labor and delivery. Our mamas sit in my lap to deliver, it is messy, amazing and beautiful.

It is always so much fun to meet families that are ready for their forever friend. With pugs I try to make sure they know they are getting a velcro puppy, they will never leave your side.

With Carlita’s litter we were able to travel to Baltimore, Reno, and Denver for deliveries. Our pups were awesome travelers and now Broken Road Ranch Pugs is nationwide.
